How do I add a file to my site which visitors can then download?

Whether it's a PDF brochure, a sound file or a technical document you want to share with your visitors, we understand that adding downloadable files to the site is important.

1. Click to insert an item

2. Click 'File'

A file browser window showing you the contents of your computer will appear.

3. Find the file on your computer

4. Click to upload the file

Once the file is uploaded you will have the option of naming the file. It will initially be given a name based on the one it already has on your computer - but you may change this for your website.
