We have a simple 4-step process for getting your new site up and running...
When we proceed, we will issue your setup invoice which will allow us to start work creating your site immediately. Payment of this invoice will allow us to move on to Step 2.
From the information you provide in response to this email, we will tweak your chosen design to make it suitable for you. You are able to offer two rounds of amends on this work until we sign it off. When you are happy with the design, we can move to Step 3.
We send you preview links to your new site so that you can log in and add your own content. You can add as much content and as many pages as you like to your new site. We are available to help you with the process - but ultimately you are in control of adding the content.
You have up to 30 days to populate your new site with content before we start making it live on its own domain name. Of course, if your content is ready sooner than that then we'll get it live straight away for you.
We confirm your domain names, and plan for email accounts. We make the necessary arrangements between your existing IT contacts, domain and hosting providers so that the switchover is as smooth as possible.
